Accept credit card payments using Stripe: one-time Elements checkout, Apple Pay / Google Pay express wallets, subscriptions with trials, and automatic renewal orders with dunning.

Setup

  1. Activate the plugin and open its settings (/admin/index.php?module=plugins/stripe/settings)
  2. Enter your publishable + secret keys (test keys first: pk_test_… / sk_test_…)
  3. Enable the payment method for the site - it appears in checkout alongside other methods

Test with card 4242 4242 4242 4242 before switching to live keys. Webhooks handle renewals, failed-payment retries and subscription status sync.
