Plugins management

Plugins extend the functionality of Vvveb by adding features that are not included in the core system.

They can enhance ecommerce, improve security, add integrations, or introduce entirely new capabilities to your site.

The Plugins section allows you to upload, install, activate, deactivate, and manage all plugins in one place.

Uploading a Plugin

If you have a plugin packaged as a .zip file, you can install it manually:

1. Go to Plugins → Upload plugin
2. Drag and drop the .zip file or click Choose files
3. Vvveb will automatically install the plugin and add it to your plugin list

This is useful for:

• Custom plugins you developed
• Plugins purchased or downloaded from external sources
• Restoring plugins from backups

Installing Plugins from the Marketplace

You can browse and install plugins directly from the Vvveb Marketplace:

• Search for plugins by name or category
• View plugin descriptions and details
• Install plugins with a single click

Marketplace plugins are designed to work seamlessly with Vvveb and often include configuration options or integrations.

Managing Installed Plugins

Once installed, each plugin appears in your plugin list with:

• Status (active or inactive)
• Description
• Version number
• Author
• Activation / Deactivation button

You can activate or deactivate plugins at any time without affecting your site content.
