Comments allow visitors to interact with your posts by leaving feedback, asking questions, or starting discussions. Vvveb includes a built‑in comment management system that lets you review, moderate, and control how comments appear on your site.

Comment Moderation

From the Comments section, you can manage every comment submitted on your posts. Each comment can be:

  • Approved - Makes the comment visible on the frontend
  • Edited - Modify the comment text or author details
  • Trashed - Moves the comment to the trash (recoverable)
  • Deleted - Permanently removes the comment
  • Marked as spam - Flags the comment as spam and hides it

These tools help you keep discussions clean, relevant, and safe.

Anonymous Comments

You can choose whether visitors must be logged in to comment.

To disable anonymous comments, go to:

Site Settings → Commentssite settings

This prevents unregistered users from posting and helps reduce spam.

Comment Display

Approved comments appear on the post page, usually below the content.
Depending on your theme, comments may include:

  • Author name
  • Date and time
  • Reply threading
  • Gravatar or avatar support
