The Orders report shows how order volume evolves over time and how orders are distributed across statuses (pending, processing, completed, canceled...).
What you can see
- Total orders for the selected period
- Orders over time chart (per day, week or month depending on the range)
- Status breakdown so you can spot bottlenecks, e.g. many orders stuck in Pending
How to use it
- Compare periods to detect growth or seasonal patterns
- Watch the pending/canceled ratio - a rising cancel rate often signals payment or shipping problems
- Use it together with Revenue to see if more orders also mean more revenue
