Subscription plans define recurring billing schedules that products can offer - monthly access, yearly memberships, boxed deliveries.
Creating a plan
- Go to Settings → Ecommerce → Subscription plans Click Add Configure:
- Name - shown on the product page
- Billing period & interval - e.g. every 1 month, every 12 months
- Price - recurring amount (can differ from the product price)
- Trial / cycle limits - optional trial length or maximum cycles
- Save
Using plans
Attach one or more plans to a product; when a customer buys it, checkout starts a subscription instead of a one-time order line. Payment plugins that support recurring billing handle the charges; subscription state changes are tracked in subscription statuses.
