The Shipping module defines how delivery costs are calculated and which shipping methods are offered at checkout.

How shipping works

  1. Plugins provide methods - flat rate, weight-based, carrier rates etc. Install them from Plugins; each has its own configuration
  2. Region rules - combine methods with region groups so only valid destinations see a method
  3. Cart data drives cost - weight (weight classes), destination (countries) and cart totals feed the calculation

Configuration

Open Settings → Ecommerce → Shipping to set store-level options (origin address defaults, handling) and enable/disable installed methods.
