Vvveb can notify you and your customers when important things happen - new orders, status changes, new reviews, signups and more. The Notifications page maps each event to one or more delivery providers.
Events
Events are grouped by category:
- Commerce -

For every event you choose which providers receive it, plus optional extra email recipients.

Each provider has its own credentials tab on this page (API keys, webhooks URLs…). A global cooldown setting prevents flooding when many events fire at once.
Testing
After configuring a provider, trigger a low-risk event (e.g. submit a test comment) to confirm delivery before relying on it for orders.
