The Discount settings module controls automatic cart discounts - price reductions applied by the system based on cart conditions rather than manual coupons.

Configuration
Open Settings → Ecommerce → Discounts, adjust the rules and click Save. Changes apply immediately to new carts; existing carts keep the prices they were created with.
Use discount settings together with special offers on products (sale prices) for full pricing control: sale prices set the product price, cart discounts reduce the total, coupons do both with a code.
