Vendors group products by the company or person that supplies them - similar to manufacturers, but oriented to marketplace/multi-brand catalogs where several sellers appear side by side.
Managing vendors
Create vendors from Catalog → Vendors: name, description, logo/image. Assign a vendor on each product's edit page; products of one vendor can be listed on a vendor page using the theme's vendor templates.
