Plans vs subscriptions
- Plans (under Settings) define the billing schedule - period, interval, price
- Subscriptions listed here are active agreements created by customers when they buy such a product
Managing subscriptions
Open a subscription to see its plan, next billing date, cycle count and current status. Depending on the payment plugin you can cancel or suspend it; provider webhooks keep the state in sync afterwards.
