The order page shows everything about a single purchase and is where day-to-day store operations happen.
Sections
- Products - items purchased, quantities, prices
- Totals - subtotal, discounts/coupons applied, shipping, tax, total
- Customer - contact details, billing/shipping addresses
- Statuses - order, payment and shipping status dropdowns with history
- Comment - internal note / message sent to the customer
Common actions
- Update status - e.g. mark Processing → Complete; triggers status-change notifications if configured
- Edit - adjust products or totals for manual corrections
- Returns - start a return from this order; see returns
